Hey!
Well... not much to report. Turned in my keys yesterday... waiting for my deposit check back. Man could I use that money.
I'm settling into my new morning routine fairly well... get up, feed the cat, take a shower, do my hair and make up, get dressed, put the cat outside, lock up and head out... listen to my current book on tape while sitting in traffic on the way to work.. so far I've been leaving at 6:15 or so... and actually getting to work on time. Amazing. I hit a bit of traffic this morning, and the day off has put my body sleep cycle off... so now I'm tiiiired.
Currently I'm listening to Choke by Chuck Palahniuk, same author who wrote Fight Club. It's really messed up, but contains some very poignant thoughts on human nature, life in general. If you can stomach how messed up his story line is though. The man is a brilliant author, but you have to be willing to look past how disgusting his plot can be. And how graphic. It's not for everyone. It's not for most people, I'd say. Eddie should read this book. And Tim. Although I think Tim is the one who told me to read it.
Figured after this one is over, I'd switch gears completely and listen to Jane Eyre.
